We believe that the best way to guarantee a balanced future is to invest in the trinômio: CHILD-ADOLESCENT-YOUNG PERSON.

Among the innumerable problems that the Youth Service Center (CAJ) confronts in Brazil (abandoned children, narrowing job market, drugs, illnesses and others) and the difficulties that the state has in realizing all of the necessary public policies, one in particular called our attention: the open implementation of socio-educational measures. To acheive something that directly influences the violence and that creates the possibility of a last-chance recovery of an adolescent.

IPLAM developed a methodology in order to promote the integration between: the Executive Powers X Judicial Powers X Public Ministry X Organized Civil Society. Our measures act in the last phase before the effective internment of the offending adolescent, which allows an effective reduction in cases of repeat occurrences.
