History
Initially, we concentrated our activities on the capacitating of municipal employees, administering technical courses in the following areas: legal, accounting, financial and environmental, aiming to maximize municipal resources and a better use of legal instruments, in hand with a strong emphasis on prevention and planning.
As time passed, we came back to segments that until recently had rarely been explored by studies and public administrative practices. Ignored by the general public was the question of the adolescent offender. Under this theme we prioritized the development and integration of youth-oriented public policies, as well as strengthening the relationship between Local Executive Power, Local Judiciary Power, the Public Ministry and Organized Civil Society.
Even while acting in strategic areas, we perceived the need to realize an action that would integrate public administration and society, focusing efforts on the search for solutions.
With advanced ideas and experiences that gave prestige to the participation of the citizen, we began to develop a methodology that enables the elaboration of Strategic Municipal Planning with Citizen Participation.
Currently we are proceeding in 3 complementary directions:
- Elaboration of the methodology for the Construction of Strategic Municipal Planning with Citizen Participation.
- Qualification from the Education Ministry so that we can administer short-term and Post-Graduation courses in Planning and Municipal Management.
- Creation of a Financial Fund so that we can finance the best projects in the integration of local public policies.
